長芋とろとろマカロニグラタン
長芋のとろみが加わりやさしい味わいに！
材料（2人分）
- マカロニ（乾） … 50g
- 玉ねぎ … 60g（中1/2個）
- しめじ … 50g
- 鶏もも肉 … 100g
- バター … 小さじ2
- 市販のホワイトソース … 300g
- 長芋（すりおろし） … 200g
- 溶けるチーズ … 40g
- パン粉 … 大さじ2
- パルメザンチーズ … 20g
- パセリ … 少々
作り方
- 鍋にたっぷりの湯を沸かし、マカロニを茹でる。
- 玉ねぎは薄切りにし、しめじは石づきを取り除き、ばらばらにさばく。鶏肉はひと口大に切る。
- フライパンにバターを溶かし、
を炒める。 - 火が通ったら、
のマカロニと市販のホワイトソースと、すりおろした長芋を加えてよく混ぜ合わせる。 - グラタン皿に
を盛りつけ、溶けるチーズ、パン粉、パルメザンチーズ、パセリの順に盛りつけ、250度のオーブンで10～15分焼く。
長芋は“山のうなぎ” と言われるほど疲労回復に役立つ食材。その秘密は長芋に含まれる食物繊維にあります。たんぱく質をエネルギーとして効率よく消化・吸収する働きがあり、疲労回復効果が期待できるんです。長芋はホワイトソースに加えると、よりとろみが出てマイルドな味わいに。グラタンだけでなく、シチューやカレー、ポタージュなど、とろみのある料理に使えるアイデアです。長芋は和食のイメージですが、洋食にも活躍してくれるんですよ！
