食感も楽しめる「さんま蒲焼のカレー春巻き」
大人気のおかずをいつもとは違うアレンジに！
材料（2人分）
- さんま蒲焼き……1缶
- ホールコーンドライパック……1缶（80g）
- 冷凍枝豆……100g（さや付き・中身50g）
- 青じそ……10枚
【A】
- マヨネーズ…小さじ2
- カレー粉…小さじ1/2
- 春巻きの皮…10枚
- サラダ油…適量
作り方
- 冷凍枝豆は解凍して中身を出し、キッチンペーパーで水気をふく。
- ボウルに缶汁を切ったさんま蒲焼、ホールコーン、1の枝豆、【A】を入れて混ぜ合わせる。
- 春巻きの皮に青じそを敷き、その上に2をのせて、左右を折り手前から巻き、終わりに水を塗ってとめる。
- フライパン全体にいきわたるくらいサラダ油をいれて熱し、春巻きを入れて両面転がしながら揚げ焼きにする。
※具は全て火が通っているので、少量の油で春巻きの皮に焼き色が付けばOK
