もっちり＆シャキッ！食感が楽しい！
餅と白菜の塩昆布和え
朝食や夜食に野菜も摂れて腹持ち◎
材料（2人分）
- 餅……4個
- 白菜……200g
- 塩昆布……大さじ2（10g）
- 胡麻油……大さじ1
- 刻み海苔……適量
作り方
- 餅は4つに切り、焼く、茹でる、電子レンジなどで柔らかくする。
- 白菜は1.5cm幅に切り、耐熱ボウルに入れてふんわりラップをし、電子レンジ（500W）で2分加熱する。
- ボウルに1と水気を切った2を入れ、塩昆布、胡麻油を入れて和える。器に盛って刻み海苔をかける。
