なめたけ入り牛肉おこわ
冷めてももちもち！
お弁当やおもてなしに
材料（2人分）
- 米……2合
- 水……400ml
- 牛こま肉……100g
- 焼肉のタレ……大さじ1
- 切り餅（小さ目のサイコロ状に切る）……1個
- なめたけ……100g
- 生姜（千切り）……１片分
- 青ねぎ（小口切り）……適量
- 糸唐辛子……適量
作り方
- ポリ袋に牛こま肉と焼肉のタレを入れて絡めておく。
- 炊飯器に研いだ米、規定量の水を入れ、上から餅を全体に散らし、なめたけ、生姜、1をのせて炊く。炊き上がったらしゃもじで全体をよく混ぜ、器に盛り、お好みで小口切りにした青ねぎと糸唐辛子を散らす。
