あさりの旨みだけで味付けいらず!?
あさりと根菜の豆乳グラタン
夜食にぴったり！疲れた身体にもやさしい味わい
材料（2人分）
- あさりの水煮缶……1缶
- 豆乳……200ml
- 蓮根（1㎝角切り）……100ｇ
- にんじん（1㎝角切り）……50ｇ
- ごぼう（1㎝角切り）……100ｇ
- シュレッドチーズ……30g
- パセリ(みじん切り)……小さじ１
作り方
- 鍋に豆乳とあさりの水煮缶の煮汁、蓮根、にんじん、ごぼうを入れ、弱火で煮る。野菜が柔らかくなったらあさりの身を加える。
- グラタン皿に1を入れ、シュレッドチーズをのせ、トースターでチーズに焼き目がつくまで焼く。仕上げにパセリを散らす。
