肉そぼろ入りそうめんチヂミ
しっとり肉そぼろ入りでふわっと仕上がる！
材料（2人分）
- そうめん…乾麺50g
- 胡麻油…小さじ1
- 片栗粉…大さじ2
- 卵…1個
- 豚ひき肉…100g
- にら（2㎝ざく切り）…1/2束
- 【A】
- 鶏ガラスープの素…小さじ1
- 白すり胡麻…大さじ2
- 水…100ml
作り方
- そうめんは熱湯で袋の表示どおりに茹で、冷水で締めて水気を切る。細かく刻んで、胡麻油を絡め、片栗粉を加えて混ぜる。
- 大きめのボウルに卵を割りほぐし、【A】を入れて混ぜ合わせ、1と、豚ひき肉、にらを加えてさらに混ぜる。
- フライパンに胡麻油大さじ1（分量外）を熱し、2を流し入れて広げ、蓋をせずに中火で4～5分間焼く。裏返してフライ返しなどで上から押さえつけながら5～6分間弱火で焼く。食べやすい大きさに切る。
