大豆ときのこのアヒージョ
ビールやワインのおつまみにぴったり
材料（2人分）
- 大豆（ドライパック）…1缶
- 【A】
- ベーコン(短冊切り)…30ｇ
- しめじ（小分けにほぐす）
…1/2～1袋（80g）
- 【B】
- にんにく（みじん切り）…小さじ1
- 赤唐辛子（タネをとる）…１本
- オリーブ油 …50ml
- 塩、胡椒…適量
- パセリ（みじん切り）…大さじ2
作り方
- 小鍋に【B】を入れて弱火で1分炒め、大豆と【A】を入れて混ぜながら5分煮る。塩、胡椒で味を調え、最後にパセリを入れてひと混ぜする。
