甘辛のタレが絡んでご飯がすすむ！
高野豆腐の肉巻き
味が染みて冷めてもおいしい！ お弁当のおかずにも◎
材料（2人分）
- 高野豆腐…2枚
- 豚ロース薄切り肉…8枚
- 【A】
- 砂糖…大さじ1
- 醤油…大さじ2
- みりん…大さじ2
- 白いり胡麻…少々
作り方
- 高野豆腐は水で戻し、水気を絞らず、1枚を4等分の棒状に切る。
- 高野豆腐1切れにつき、豚ロース薄切り肉1枚を手前かららせん状に巻く。
- フライパンに2の巻き終わりを下にして並べ、中火で全面を焼く。
- 肉に火が通ったら混ぜた【A】を加えて煮絡める。お皿に盛りつけ、付け合わせにはししとうがおすすめ。3のタイミングで肉巻きと一緒にフライパンへ。
