おなじみのスイーツを大胆アレンジ！
高野豆腐のフレンチトースト風
パンを使わないから糖質控えめ
材料（2人分）
- 高野豆腐…2枚
- 牛乳…1/2カップ（100ml）
- 砂糖…大さじ1
- 卵…1個
- バター…10g
- セルフィーユ…少々
作り方
- 耐熱容器に牛乳と砂糖を入れて混ぜ、そこに高野豆腐を戻さずに入れて軽くラップをかけて電子レンジ（500ｗ）で2分加熱する。ラップを外し、箸などで高野豆腐に数か所穴をあけ、全体に溶き卵を絡める。
- フライパンでバターを溶かし、1を入れ蓋をして弱火で3分焼き、ひっくり返して裏面も3分焼く。お皿に盛りつけ、セルフィーユを添える。
