簡単ベトナム風サンドイッチ!焼き鳥のバインミー
ほんのりとした酸味と、たれの甘味が絶妙
材料（2人分）
- 焼き鳥缶（たれ味）…1缶
- カット野菜（市販の大根入りのもの）…80g
- 胡椒…少々
- きゅうり…1/2本
- パクチー…適量
- ロールパン（フランスパンでも可）…4個
- バター…適量
- マヨネーズ…適量
- 【A】
- 砂糖…小さじ2
- 酢…大さじ1
- 塩…少々
- カットレモン…適量
作り方
- ポリ袋にカット野菜と【A】を入れて揉み込み、10分以上置く
- 焼き鳥缶に胡椒を入れて混ぜ合わせる。きゅうりは斜め薄切り、パクチーは1センチ幅のざく切りにする
- ロールパンに切り込みを入れてバターとマヨネーズを塗り、きゅうり、1、焼き鳥、パクチーの順にはさむ。お好みでカットレモンなどを添える
