焼き麩が簡単スイーツに早変わり!お麩バナナパンプディング
お麩を使って糖質オフ!
材料（2人分）
- 焼き麩…10g
- 卵…2個
- 砂糖…30g
- 牛乳…160ml
- バナナ…1本
作り方
- ボウルに卵を割り入れ、砂糖、牛乳を加えて混ぜ合わせ、焼き麩を入れて5分ほど浸しておく
- グラタン皿などの耐熱皿に1を入れ、上に1cm幅の輪切りにしたバナナを並べる
- アルミホイルをかぶせてトースターで15分、アルミホイルを外してさらに5分焼く
- トースターの中にそのまま5分置いて、余熱で火を通したら取り出してお好みで粉砂糖をかける
