お肉を使わずヘルシーに!お麩の酢豚風
焼き麩がまるでお肉のような食感に!
材料（2人分）
- 【A】
- 焼き麩…12g
- 水、焼肉のたれ、片栗粉…各大さじ1
- 玉ねぎ…1/2個（100g）
- にんじん…3㎝（50g）
- ピーマン…2個
- 生しいたけ…2個
- サラダ油…小さじ1
- 【B】
- 焼肉のたれ…大さじ1
- ケチャップ…大さじ1
作り方
- ポリ袋に【A】を入れて混ぜ合わせておく
- 玉ねぎは薄切り、にんじんは縦に切ってから斜め薄切り、ピーマンは一口大、生しいたけは軸を切り落とし4等分に切る
- フライパンにサラダ油と1を入れてから火をつけ、中火で1分炒め、2を入れてさらに3分炒める
- 【B】を入れて1分炒め合わせる
