味噌と春菊が相性バツグン！鯖味噌春菊サラダ
ドレッシング不要の簡単サラダ
材料（2人分）
- 鯖の味噌煮缶…1缶（190g）
- ミニトマト…3個
- レモン汁…小さじ2
- 春菊…50g
- レタス…1枚（30g）
- 炒り白胡麻…適量
作り方
- ミニトマトはへタを取って半分に切る
- ボウルに鯖の味噌煮（汁ごと）とレモン汁を入れて軽くほぐし、その中に1と水気を切った春菊とレタスを食べやすい大きさにちぎりながら入れて混ぜ合わせる。仕上げに炒り白胡麻をかける
