たっぷりの具材で食べごたえあり!
ひじきとチンゲン菜の中華スープ
和の食材のひじきを、中華風にアレンジ
材料（2人分）
- 芽ひじき（乾燥）…5g
- 豚肉（お好みの部位）…40g
- チンゲン菜…1株
- 【A】
- 醤油…小さじ1
- おろししょうが…小さじ1
- 片栗粉…小さじ2
- 胡麻油…小さじ1
- 水…2カップ（400ml）
- 鶏がらスープの素…小さじ1
- 塩、こしょう…少々
作り方
- 芽ひじきは水につけて戻し（約20分）、水気を切っておく。豚肉は細切りに、チンゲン菜は食べやすい大きさに切る
- 芽ひじきと豚肉に【A】を混ぜておく
- 鍋に胡麻油と2を入れて中火で2分ほど炒め、水、鶏がらスープの素、チンゲン菜を加えて4、5分煮込んだあと、塩、胡椒で味を調える
