お腹にやさしいホッとする味わい！
すいとん海苔スープ
すいとんは、豚汁や味噌汁にも！
材料（1人分）
- 【A】
- お好み焼き粉…大さじ1（10g）
- 水…小さじ1強（6g）
- 水…200ml
- かつお節…2g
- 塩…少々
- 焼き海苔…全型1/4枚
- 炒り白胡麻…少々
作り方
- 小さい容器に【A】を混ぜ合わせ、すいとんの生地を作る
- 小鍋に水（200ml）を入れて火にかけ、沸騰したらかつお節と塩を入れる
- 1をスプーンですくい、沸騰した2にすべて入れ1分ほど茹で、焼き海苔をちぎりながら入れ、さらに30秒煮る
- お椀に盛りつけ、仕上げに炒り白胡麻をかける
