スパイシーチキンナゲット
ソースなしでもおいしく食べられる！
材料（2人分）
- ホットケーキミックス…50g
- 鶏ひき肉（むね、ももどちらでも）…200g
- 卵…1個
- カレー粉・顆粒コンソメ…各小さじ1
- サラダ油…適量
- お好みのつけ合わせ…適宜
作り方
- ボウルに鶏ひき肉、卵、カレー粉、顆粒コンソメを入れて混ぜ合わせ、ホットケーキミックスを入れてさらに混ぜ合わせる
- フライパンの底面が隠れるくらいサラダ油を入れて中火で熱し、1をスプーンですくって落とし、中火できつね色になるまで両面を揚げ焼きする。器につけ合わせの野菜と一緒に盛りつける
