鯖味噌梅カレー
ザクザク食感で食べごたえ抜群！
材料（2人分）
- 梅干し…大2個
- 鯖の味噌煮（缶詰）…1缶（190g）
- 玉ねぎ…中1/2個（100g）
- ピーマン…2個（60g）
- 生姜、にんにく…各１かけ
- サラダ油…大さじ1
- カレー粉…小さじ2
- ご飯…お茶碗2杯分
作り方
- 梅干しは種をとり除き、包丁で叩いてペースト状に、玉ねぎ、ピーマンは粗みじん切りに、生姜、にんにくはみじん切りにする
- フライパンにサラダ油と1を入れて中火で3分炒め、カレー粉、鯖の味噌煮（汁ごと）を入れて、木べらなどでくずしながら中火で2分ほど加熱する
- 器にご飯を盛り、2をかける
